| We bought a mountain cabin; we named it “Bearadise”, At a 4,000 ft elevation, the weather’s mild and very nice. The kids played at the lake this summer, it’s private and has neat stuff, Lifeguards, boats, critters galore! (you just can’t swim in your buff). Our cabin sits in a forest, a ½ acre around us – everywhere we stare, A short walk to a National Forest, oh... and we get occasional visits from a bear. A ½ hr drive gets you skiing in Bear Valley. 10 minutes gets you hiking in Big Trees, 15 minutes gets you to a snow-play area for sleds, snowmobiles and skis! The cabin is in a town named “Arnold”, not too many there but a friendly few… Golfing, fishing, hiking, biking, so many fun things to do! Go way down under in a cavern, go white water rafting if you dare, Shorts while hiking in the morning, and later…go skiing and wear long underwear! We know everyone is quite busy, but this site is really meant to say… There’s something cool in our life, something we want to share with you (hopefully that is ok)… Our lives have focused on Bearadise… a lot, for almost a year! We fixed it up, added tons of bears, and lots of other fun family gear. So now that the marketing “pitch” is done, we wanted also just to say. We hope your family is doing well, and that in the future that you may… Take time to appreciate the wonder of your family; too often we don’t show them that we care.
