Cabin Rental Information
This is a no smoking cabin! (Well-behaved, pre-approved pets allowed...but sorry, no platypuses!)
The cabin sleeps 8 (10 if both bunkbeds are fully used).
There is a portable baby crib available.
Winter rates: Nightly rate of $150 per night, which includes local taxes. There is an additional mandatory cleaning fee ($80) and refundable deposit ($100). Ask about longer stays, we offer discounting. We're usually flexible on check-in/check-out time (just ask!) so you can usually "stretch" out your visit!
Holidays , 3-night minimum, no exceptions
We do require a mandatory cleaning fee upon your departure of $80, in the form
of a check if possible, made out to our maid service. 
Linen: It is YOUR choice! We provide all linen, with all beds already made up prior to your arrival. We ask that you launder the linen (bedroom sheets, towels, kitchen linen) prior to your departure, leaving clean linen for the maid to put out/make-up beds/etc. Most people love this option, as they don't have to bring their own linen and make-up beds upon their arrival! However, (for a short weekend stay, for example) if you don't want to have to launder OUR linen, or maybe you're leaving early in the morning or something, you can bring your own linen instead. You'll just need to set aside the cabin linen until your departure time. It is up to you. You will still need to pay the cleaning fee, either way.
Finally, but worthwhile noting so that both you and our neighbors enjoy your stay! Lakemont Pines (the community where our cabin is located) is a quiet, family-oriented community and we have many year-round residents as our permanent neighbors. It also has Home-Owner Association rules which reflect the family atmosphere of the neighborhood. Absolutely no parties with loud music, etc...really! Neighbors will call the local sheriff!

NO MORE THAN 6 adults (with 10 people maximum) at the cabin. If you have a larger group, we can direct you to larger cabins in the area that can accommodate your "party"! Seriously!
